Water poisoning is the case when you drink large amounts of water within a short period of time. Even when people think that a pure water can do no damage to the body, it is not actually completely right.

But you need to recognize the fact that processed foods and products are not healthy for your body. Even supplements can be good for you if they are made to have the nutrients that your body lacks or your body needs during specific periods of time and as recommended by your physician.
